Agreement and changes

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoInsurance.Now and any related websites or services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy and any posted rules or notices are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract to use the Site.

What we do (not a broker or carrier)

AutoInsurance.Now is a quote curator. We help you discover and compare auto insurance quote options from third-party providers. We are not an insurance company, broker, or agent. We do not sell insurance, set prices, or bind coverage.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sanctioned by any insurance carrier or any state or federal government entity.

We may receive compensation from partners when you request or obtain a quote through the Site. This does not affect the quotes you receive from providers.

Site offerings and quote requests

The Site provides access to information about insurance options and quote opportunities offered by third-party providers. To request quotes, you may need to complete forms on our Site and/or on a provider's site.

If you submit information to request quotes, you authorize us to share that information with the providers you choose so they can respond. The final price and coverage terms are set only by the provider.

By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls, text messages, and emails from AutoInsurance.Now and our third-party partners at the number provided, including through the use of automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages. This consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent at any time.

Third-party providers and links

The Site may link to third-party provider websites. We do not control their content, quotes, or privacy practices. When you leave our Site, their terms and policies apply.

We do not endorse any provider, and we do not review or guarantee a provider's licensing, standing, or compliance with regulatory requirements. You are responsible for evaluating providers before you purchase any coverage.

Third-party providers may use the information you provide to obtain consumer reports (credit checks) from credit reporting agencies to determine your eligibility and rates. AutoInsurance.Now does not perform credit checks or make credit decisions.

Accuracy and informational content

Content on the Site is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any content, quote result, or estimate is complete, accurate, or up to date.

License to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal use. We may suspend or revoke this license at any time.

Intellectual property

The Site, content, and branding are owned by NameDuo LLC d/b/a AutoInsurance.now or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without permission.

Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it without compensation or attribution.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Electronic communications

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. You agree that electronic communications satisfy legal notice requirements.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You acknowledge that the Site is in a pre-launch or "beta" phase and may contain errors, bugs, or unfinished features. We are not liable for data loss or service interruptions during this phase.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that you will qualify for any quote or coverage.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoInsurance.Now and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100 or the amount you paid to use the Site, whichever is greater.

Release

If you have a dispute with a third-party provider, you release AutoInsurance.Now and its affiliates from all claims and damages arising from that dispute.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AutoInsurance.Now and its affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including if we believe you violated these Terms.

Dispute resolution, arbitration, and class action waiver

Please contact us first at Support@autoinsurance.now or 7901 4TH ST N STE 300, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33702 to try to resolve disputes informally.

If we cannot resolve a dispute, you and AutoInsurance.Now agree to resolve any claim arising out of or relating to the Site through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules.

Arbitration will take place in Orange County, Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise. You may also bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

You and AutoInsurance.Now agree to bring claims only on an individual basis. This means you waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.

You may opt out of arbitration and the class action waiver within 30 days of first using the Site by sending a written notice to 7901 4TH ST N STE 300, ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33702.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AutoInsurance.Now regarding the Site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. We may assign these Terms without notice; you may not assign them. No waiver of any provision is a waiver of any other provision. Headings are for convenience only. Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, or joint venture.
